Miller of Washington will serve as a Circuit Judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  Eric Miller is a partner in the Seattle office of Perkins Coie LLP, where he serves as the Chair of the firm’s appellate practice. Arnold, 190 Wn.2d 136, 410 P.3d 1133 (2018).

The Supreme Court adopted the position advocated by WALA by holding that one division of the Court of Appeals is not bound by the decision of another division of the Court of Appeals.
